Ski & Snowboard Facilities

Paoli Peaks has a 45,000 square foot day lodge equipped with everything that you may need while visiting our slopes! Inside the Ski lodge you will find a Cafeteria-style Restaurant & Pizzeria; our very own Bully Bar separate from the main eating area; Ski & Snowboard Rental Shop; Pro Shop; Ski Patrol First Aid Facility; Ticket Sales Office; Ski/Ride School; and the Group Sales Office.

Snow Tube Facilities

Our Arctic Blast Snow Tubing Facilities has up to 9 lanes of snow covered, 700 foot long slopes, specially constructed inner-tubes, 400 foot Wonder-Carpet designed to get you back up the hill, and 2,400 square foot day lodge equipped with a concession area, restroom & changing room, and an indoor & outdoor viewing area.

Rental Shop & Equipment

Our Rental department will outfit you in the latest ski and snowboard equipment! We have 1,640 sets of Rossignol rental skis and boots (largest size 16). Our Snowboard Rental consists of 700 Rossignol® rental snowboards with step-in boots and bindings, along with Vans® Snowboard Freestyle boots (largest Size 14.5). Paoli Peaks also offers 280 sets of children’s skis, plus 60 snowboards and boots. The smallest Children’s Ski boot is a size 7 and the smallest Children’s Snowboard boot is a size 13. ***Our state of the art boot drying system will keep your feet happy***

Pro Shop

The Paoli Pro Shop has been serving Midwestern ski and snowboard enthusiasts since 1978. The 3,000 square foot, full service specialty pro shop features a wide selection of skis, snowboards, boots, bindings, clothing, and accessories. Experienced techs are on duty for service, tune-ups, repair, and maintenance of your alpine gear. All work is performed in-house which equates to fast service and quality every time! Don't forget, the Pro Shop also rents clothing (jackets, snow bibs, snow pants, helmets, and snow boots for tubing) in two locations at Paoli Peaks: the Main Lodge and at the Snow Tubing Lodge.

Ski/Board School

With over 100 qualified and eager instructors ready to teach, we welcome and encourage everyone to take a lesson. We accommodate all Skier and Boarder types for both group and private lessons. For the kids, we have a great Snow Monsters Program! Also available are racing clinics, Junior & Adult racing, all-season ski programs, and pre-season ski seminar & instructor clinics. Ski Patrol

The Paoli Peaks Ski Patrol is part of the National Ski Patrol System. It is a group of highly dedicated men and women who are trained to help injured skies and snowboarders and maintain a safe and controlled environment. The National Ski Patrol was started in 1939 by Minnie Dole who realized after a serious skiing injury of his own, the need for a service agency to render aid to skiers in need. The Paoli Peaks Ski Patrol consists primarily of volunteers who work with a small number of professional patrollers. Snow Making

Paoli Peaks has over 110 Stationary towers & machines. Our high efficiency equipment pumps 6000 gallons of water per minute, or 12 inches of machine made snow over the entire ski area in a 24-hour period at temperatures of 20 degrees Fahrenheit. To open for the season with a good base of snow, the weather needs to be consistently cold for about 2 weeks. During those 2 weeks, as long as the temps are below freezing, our snow making machines are blowing snow nonstop. Once we have our base, the doors are ready to open...and stay open even when temps reach the 40's and 50's during the day.

Lodging & Accommodations

Paoli Peaks is a Day Lodge only, which means we do not have accommodations available; However, there are over 1,000 rooms within a half hour drive: Condominiums next to the slopes, B&B’s, cabins, motels, and resort hotels. (See our Lodgings page for Super Saver Midweek Packages)
