Friday or Saturday Twilight Upgrade: 5pm - 3am
With the purchase of any same day pass, for an additional $10 for a ticket only or $20 for a ticket and rental equipment, you can stay until 3am. This must be done at the main ticket window.

- Make a group reservation and $100 trip deposit 7 days in advance. To make your group reservation simply call us at 812-723-4696 ~ ext. 236. A member of our sales team will answer questions and help schedule your trip.
- After your reservation is made, you will receive detailed information and your deposit voucher in the mail. This information will contain group hints, methods for easier check in and tips for organizing your trip. A release agreement must be completed for each member.
- The day of your trip, CHECK IN AT THE GROUP OFFICE. You will need your deposit voucher, signed release agreements and total number of participants. Also, please have an accurate number of participants needing rental equipment and those who are paying extra for upgraded lunches and/or the intermediate/advanced clinic.
- Once in the group office we will help you tally all numbers. We will process your tickets and accept payment for the whole group in one form of payment. Payment may be cash, company check, or credit card. Only the group leader needs to report to the Group Office. All participants should stay on the bus! Once your check-in is complete, a member of our Hospitality Staff will assist your group and you'll be on your way.
- In the event that your group must cancel, a 72 hour notice is required to receive a full refund. You are also subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.
- Reservations can be made by calling the group office at 812-723-4696 ext. 236. $100 deposit is required. Full payment due at check in. All prices subject to change!
Follow these steps...
- You will need to know EXACTLY how many participants will be in your group and what type of tickets you will need.
- Select the printable release agreement, and have each member fill out this form completely.
- Please arrive at the Group Office and allow at least 45 minutes before your perfered lesson time.
Ski Group Lesson Times
- Monday - Friday: 11am, 1:30pm, 3pm, 4:30pm, 6pm, 7pm
- Weekends: Hourly until 4pm, 6pm, 7pm
- Midnights: 8:30pm, 9:30pm, 10:30pm, 11:30pm, 12:30am
Snowboard Group Lesson Times
- Monday - Friday: 11am, 1:30pm, 3pm, 4:30pm, 6pm, 7pm
- Weekends: 10am, 12Noon, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 7pm
- Midnights: 8:30pm, 9:30pm, 10:30pm, 11:30pm, 12:30am
