GROUPS

Our Group Rates apply to any group of people with 15 or more participants.  Groups can consist of friends, family members, co-workers, etc.  Find out More!

FIELD TRIPS

The Field Trip programs are designed specially for schools grades 4th-12th.  We offer a very affordable price and a great experience to our school children providing them lessons and lunches while here.  Daytime and Afterschool field trip options are available.  Find out More!

HOME SCHOOLS

Home School Mondays = Fundays!  Each Monday, Home school groups gather at Paoli Peaks to enjoy the wonderful sport or skiing/snowboarding and to connect/re-connect with their fellow home-schoolers.  The price is very affordable and includes lift tickets, rental equipment, lessons, and a lunch.  Find out More!

SCOUTS - BOYS AND GIRLS

Paoli Peaks offers a few different options for our Scout Troops with 10+ participants

  • Scout Sundays - Available most Sundays for Scout Troops and their family members. Find out More!
  • Merit Badge Weekends - Available most weekends throughout the season.  Scouts are invited to have the opportunity to earn their Merit Badge.  Find out More!
  • Jamboree Weekend - Hot dogs roast, camping, and midnight skiing is what the Jamboree is all about.  Find out More!
  • Girl Scout Day - Back by popular demand is a day of their very own to learn or improve on their skiing and snowboarding skills!  Find out More!

TUBING

Don't forget about SNOW TUBING!  Rates start at 15+ participants.  Have a group over 50 participants?  We will open the tubing hill especially for you!  Find out More!

CHURCH YOUTH GROUPS

Wednesday Nights!  We're the place to be with your Youth Group!!  Paoli Peaks offers a very affordable price for youth Groups on Wednesdays.  Price includes lift ticket, rental equipment, and lessons.  A meal upgrade is available too!  Take a break from the cold to enjoy dinner and a Service in our lodge.  Find out More!

 

CHECK OUT THESE OTHER GREAT OPTIONS THAT WE OFFER!

  • Teacher In Service

If you are an elementary or high school teacher that is interested in bringing a school group to Paoli Peaks, but wants to see how we operate first, then we have a deal for you.  On a few select dates we offer a brief orientation session that explains the Field Trip experience.  Once the session is done, you are taken through our rental department, then on to a complementary lesson.  After that, you are free to enjoy the rest of your day on the slopes! 

                                         In-Service Dates: Friday, January 20th & Friday, February 10th. 

                                         Session times: 10am and 4:30pm

Appointments with the Group office are required at least 3 days prior to In-service dates. Offer available to those who did NOT book a group during the 2010/2011 Season

 

 

  • Ski & Snowboard Clubs and School Programs

Have a group of 10 or more people that would like to visit Paoli Peaks more than once?  If so, its time to look into are Club and School Programs.  "What is it?" you ask?  It is a program offering Season Passes at a group rate!!!  Find Out More!

RENTAL EQUIPMENT

Not only do we provide the snow and trails, but we also provide the equipment necessary to enjoy each to the maximum!  View our Rentals page for more information on the following:

  • Helmet rental (just $10) and sizes
  • Bringing personal equipment
  • Renting clothing from our Pro Shop

LESSONS

Here at The Peaks, we are experts at making and grooming snow, naturally we are experts at teaching you how to enjoy the snow. Whether you choose to Ski or Snowboard, we have the right program for you! Paoli Peaks offer a variety of lessons available for all types of skiers and snowboaders. We highly recommend first-timer's and beginners take a lesson before trying it on their own. Our skilled Snow Pros will create a fun and exciting atmosphere to meet your individual needs. Trust us, you will have a lot more fun when you are confident you know what you are doing! If you're not a beginner, don't you worry. We've got instructors ready to take you to the next level! We encourage you to check the snow report page or phone 812-723-4696 ext.3 to check daily snow conditions. In the event there is a deviation from the hours listed above; it will be noted on the snow report page. HELPFUL INFORMATION

Below you will find a list of important points we think you should know before visiting us.

  • Paoli Peaks is located in the EASTERN TIME ZONE.
  • A snow pass is the same as a lift ticket.
  • A snow pass is required to be on the snow, as well as, use all types of lifts (chair, surface, rope tow).
  • Snow passes are valid from the time of purchase until the end of the session time.
  • A session is a period of time a snow pass is valid.  At times, sessions will vary from Hours of Operation.
  • Rental equipment is on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be reserved.
  • Customers may switch once from skis to snowboard or vice versa.
  • Rental equipment and lessons must be purchased in conjunction with a snow pass.
  • The Pro Shop offers clothing rental for both Skiing and snowboarding at a very affordable price.
  • Tables inside the lodge are reserved for restaurant patrons. Personal food & beverages (includes coolers) are not allowed in the dinning areas of the lodge.  As an alternative, personal food & drinks may by enjoyed out on the deck or inside our Picnic room (located next to Group Office).
  • Lockers are available throughout the lodge for rent.  $0.75 is required each time the locker is accessed.
  • Free WIFI is available in the Paoli Peaks Ski Lodge.

Although every precaution is taken to ensure accuracy, errors or misunderstandings in price, quantity, and/or specifications may occur.  We reserve the right to correct such errors.

NOTE: Lifts close for slope preparation, 3 am – 9 am. All times and prices are subject to change without notice. Rental Equipment and Tubes are subject to availability - first come, first serve basis - and cannot be reserved. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds due to weather or slope conditions.  Cash, Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX, and Organizational Check welcome. Tickets are not replaceable if lost. Tickets are nontransferable and non-refundable. If an individual is caught without a ticket, the individual or individuals will be required to pay the full price of a Snow Pass (lift ticket) plus a $50 administration fee. If the offending individual(s) do not comply with this policy, they are hereby informed that they will be retained until the police arrive and are processed for "theft of services".
