Seasonal Lockers (starts at $99) provide an excellent place to store your equipment during the season. It sure beats lugging it around in your car all winter. Seasonal Lockers are your typical High School lockers with the locker itself standing 72" high; however the locker tops have been removed, extending into the ceiling, to accommodate long skis or snowboards all the while keeping your items secure.
Pass Replacement Insurance ($25) is beneficial to those who tend to misplace things. To replace a lost season pass card, there is a $50 admin fee. With the Replacement Insurance, Paoli Peaks will replace your season pass one time for free. Pass Insurance must be added at the time of pass purchase.
SKI KEY Locks ($11)- Protect your personal equipment by securely locking it on the racks. The special design of SKI KEY locks and racks prevents determined thieves from taking your equipment. While these locks only fit special racks, the SKI KEY racks are located in approximately 90 locations across the United States including 4 additional Peak Resorts locations: Jack Frost (PA), Big Boulder (PA), Mount Snow (VT), Crotched Mountain (VT), and Snow Creek (MO). SKI KEY racks fits both adult and child skis and snowboard.
Each person must pick up THEIR OWN PASS IN PERSON at Paoli Peaks Ticket Windows on your first visit of the season, where a current photo will be taken. To Save Time, EMAIL your photo before December 1st so we can load it in the system ahead of time. Photos need to be passport-style - Headshot only, no sunglasses, no hats, and a clear recent photo. Photos must be in .jpeg format with a file name of --> Firstname_Lastname. Don't forget to include your First and Last name along with a return phone number in the body of your email. Photos emailed after December 1st are not guaranteed to be loaded into the system prior to pick up.
Paoli Peaks will issue refunds (transfers and extensions) at their discretion for the following circumstances: Injury or sickness preventing skiing/snowboarding, relocation by employer outside reasonably accessible radius to the resort, and/or military deployment. Notification of non-participation must be received by Paoli Peaks within 14 days of injury or relocation/deployment notification. Notifications of injury must be received from a licensed Doctor of Medicine; Relocation notifications from an employer on company letterhead; and deployment notifications on US Military documentation - All must be accompanied by a Paoli Peaks Refund Request Form ALL REQUESTS, ONCE RECEIVED, TAKE AT LEAST 2 WEEKS TO PROCESS.
Amount refunded will be the purchase price of the pass, less the following items:
Refunds may be received in the form of resort credit via a Paoli Peaks Pocket Change gift card (that does not expire), extension to the following season, or monetary credit at the discretion of Paoli Peaks.
