Paoli Peaks and Arctic Blast Snow Tubing are both awesome places to spend your winter. Operating an average of 90 days a year, Paoli Peaks employs over 300 employees each season. Lift Attendants to Bartenders, Ticket Cashiers to nighttime Snowmakers, each and every one of our employees are very important to the success Paoli Peaks has had for the last 35 years.
Paoli Peaks is looking for employees who are on time, responsible, trustworthy, hard-working, and reliable. Knowledge and/or skills pertaining to the ski industry are desirable, but not required. We will teach you all you need to know! Each department has daily interaction with customers, therefore good customer service is important. Keep in mind, Paoli Peaks is open 7 days a week regardless of what the weather is like. (We like it when it snows!) Applicants must have reliable transportation, be at least 16 years of age, and be accessible by telephone. Seniors, adults, and parents of school-aged children are highly encouraged to apply. We provide good pay and great skiing benefits to all of our employees.
All returning employees will need to submit an application online. We will not be sending rehire letters for the season.
Paoli Peaks will be accepting and reviewing applications starting October 29, 2018. You may submit online or attend one of our Job Fair days.
Job Fair Dates: Sat. Nov. 10th (9am-1pm) & Nov. 13th (2pm-7pm).
During Job Fair, you will submit an application and conduct a brief interview with the department you are interested working in. You may apply and interview with more than one department. While we do have weekday shifts available, weekends, holidays, and night shifts are needed most.
Paoli Peaks will be hosting open interviews on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 9am-12pm! You can stop by fill out an application and interview with our Human Resources Manager for departments will availability remaining.
Join Paoli Peaks Ski Patrol
Paoli Peaks is a group of highly dedicated men and women who are trained to help injured skiers/snowboarders and maintain a safe and controlled skiing/snowboarding environment. The Paoli Peaks Ski Patrol consists primarily of volunteers who work with a small number of ski patrol professionals.
