Earn the Snow Sports Merit badge or work towards your Snow Adventure Badge at Paoli Peaks!  The Program is a 2 day event committed to helping Scouts achieve their badges. Our dedicated Snow Sport Instructors pride themselves on providing a great program!
  • Available to Boy Scouts, American Heritage Girls, Girls Scouts, Scouts
  • Rate includes lift ticket and rental equipment for Saturday Day & Sunday Day; Three (3) 1 hour group lessons (Lessons not available for 6 & Under); Two (2) 30-minute classroom instruction session with Ski Patrol and Snow Sports Staff.
  • Children 4 & Under -> Includes 2-day lift ticket and ski/board rental. Does NOT include lesson. A Private or Snow Monsters Lesson can be purchased at regular rates at the Ticket Windows.
  • Scouts attending the Merit Badge Program must equal 25% of your group's total numbers.
  • Due to the varied athletic and learning abilities of people, a scout(s) may not complete the requirements for a Merit Badge in one weekend. Scouts must complete a series of skill requirements provided by the BSA council. Should a scout not complete all requirements, additional ski or snowboarding practice may be necessary.  Considering the nature of our Program, if each scout listens during instructions and practices the taught skills throughout the weekend, it is very likely the scout will pass the skill requirements with ease.

Spend the night at the slopes camping out, Paoli Peaks Jamboree Patch, and enjoying night skiing and snowboarding! Availability TBA.

  • Rate includes Saturday Night camping, Paoli Peaks Jamboree Patch, Lift Ticket, and ski/board rental for both Saturday evening session (3pm-1am) & Sunday sessions (9am-9pm), and Beginner Group Lesson to be used Saturday or Sunday. (Lessons not available for 6 & Under)
  • Leaders can start picking up lift tickets by 2:30 pm on Saturday.
  •  A camping area and fire wood will be provided by Paoli Peaks. Should your Scout Group want additional food, Paoli Peaks has a full service cafe-style restaurant or you may bring your own food items to cook over campfire.
  • Restrooms and use of lodge will be available until 1am on Saturday night and again on Sunday starting around 7:30am.

  • Scout Requirements - Scout rates require a minimum of 10 paying participants.A deposit that is applied to balance upon arrival.  Reservations must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance from visit date.
  • Remaining balance (if any) will be due at check in with one form of payment. Paoli Peaks accepts cash, School or Organizational check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
  • BONUS! With 15 paid participants, the Leader skis for FREE!

After your reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation via email/fax/mail outlining the details of your trip.  The confirmation will also include Tips and Tricks for both the Group Leader AND the Group Members.  The Paoli Peaks Group Office Staff will be available anytime throughout this process to assist you with any questions or concerns you many have.

Personal Food Items:  Groups are welcome to bring their personal food and beverage items from home; However, the dinning rooms and tables are reserved for restaurant patrons. We ask that no coolers or personal food and beverages items be stored and/or consumed in the dinning rooms. As an alternative, personal items may by enjoyed out on the deck or inside our Picnic room (located next to Group Office).  We appreciate your cooperation!

Although every precaution is taken to ensure accuracy, errors or misunderstandings in price, quantity, and/or specifications may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors.  All times and prices are subject to change without notice. Rental equipment and snow tubes are subject to availability (first come, first serve) and cannot be reserved. ALL ticket sales are final. No refunds due to weather or slope conditions. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Organizational Checks (reserved groups only) are accepted. Tickets are NOT replaceable if lost, NON-transferable, and NON- refundable. If an individual is caught without a ticket, the individual(s) will be required to pay the full price of a Lift Ticket, plus a $50 admin fee. If the offending individual(s) do not comply with this policy, they will be retained until the police arrived and are processed for "theft of service."
